International Director – Member Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the efforts of 12 Delegation Directors positioned globally.

• Manage the 26-member Member Services team.

• Assist members within the Association’s 20 geographic delegations.

• Implement services and programs launched by Headquarters.

• Develop and execute local action plans determined by each delegation.

• Lead the Employer Brand team consisting of 2 individuals.

• Ensure effective utilization of the Association’s HR tools, including the recruitment website and ATS.

• Promote the network to relevant educational institutions and organizations that can supply talent to members.

• Plan and coordinate the Association’s primary member meetings throughout the year.

• Organize national and regional delegation meetings, as well as business-specific gatherings for chefs, sales teams, and human resources teams.

• Ensure successful execution of member meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated and robust managerial abilities, including leading a team distributed across multiple countries.

• Experience in managing seasoned and self-sufficient professionals.

• Capacity to mentor junior profiles showing significant potential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with Association members in all countries.

• Extensive knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant sector.

• Genuine passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry.

• Understanding of the luxury segment within the hospitality and restaurant sector.

• International experience across various countries is considered advantageous.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

• Knowledge of an additional language such as Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.

• Strong willingness to travel.
