This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
β’ Tailor the trade-channel priorities and growth objectives for the UK, Benelux, Italy, Switzerland, and Austria.
β’ Customize the commercial strategy for each market, encompassing priorities, KPIs, and customer-centric plans.
β’ Establish channel- and market-specific assortments, key SKUs, and ranging suggestions for key retailers and Amazon.
β’ Set and monitor distribution KPIs.
β’ Define "perfect store" standards, including shelf execution, secondary displays, POS, and claims management.
β’ Establish and track KPIs for shelves and displays.
β’ Create local promotional guidelines and plans for in-store/online activations.
β’ Monitor the ROI of promotions.
β’ Develop local omnichannel pricing and pack-size strategies.
β’ Set and track pricing and margin KPIs.
β’ Empower local KAMs and field sales teams for effective execution.
β’ Ensure timely and complete delivery of sell-in tools and brand/category training.
β’ Localize the innovation master plan and sell-in toolkits for international retailers and Amazon.
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between international country execution/KAM teams and the central commercial strategy function.
β’ Manage commercial KPI and ROI tracking and reporting for international markets.
β’ Represent International in global commercial review cycles.
β’ Provide local retailer and consumer insights to inform global brand and commercial planning.
β’ Report to the VP International, with a dotted line to the Global Commercial Lead.
β’ 6β8 years of experience in commercial strategy, trade marketing, category management, or key account management within FMCG, CPG, sports/active nutrition, or wellness sectors.
β’ Direct experience with major retailers in the UK and/or Benelux, with potential multi-market or regional experience.
β’ Comfortable working across functions and cultures with a German HQ team.
β’ Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of managing commercially relevant KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.
β’ Hands-on and pragmatic approach.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
β’ Ability to influence across markets and functions without direct authority.
β’ Must be based in the UK or the Netherlands.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently to Hamburg and throughout the International market cluster.
β’ Proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
