This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the complete international sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities advance smoothly towards closure.
• Motivate and assist sales teams in discovering and securing international business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to sustain a robust pipeline in terms of both volume and value.
• Improve international product knowledge across the broader sales community.
• Recognize gaps in propositions and work with carrier management teams to enhance the customer offering.
• Implement solutions that minimize implementation timelines and expedite client onboarding.
• Collaborate with international customer service teams to guarantee exceptional post-launch support.
• Track the performance of new customers to ensure they are trading in accordance with expectations.
• Participate in company-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development of international sales and product strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing to improve client-facing proposition materials and sales collateral.
• Extensive experience in International E-Commerce and Logistics.
• Proven success in international business development and account management.
• Experience in selling within the International B2B/C cross-border market.
• Confident in presenting and selling at the board level.
• Strong understanding of international customer needs, market trends, and factors that drive customer experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results promptly.
• Engaging, confident, and commercially oriented.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and relationship building.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys inter-departmental cooperation.
• Analytical thinker capable of deriving recommendations from diverse data sources.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and fostering continuous improvement.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
