This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a schedule filled with high-volume introductory video appointments while prioritizing tasks.
• Address product inquiries and offer tailored recommendations to meet member needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and appropriately escalate any concerns or questions.
• Navigate through members’ networks to guarantee access to care and explore available support options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure immediate access to care and conduct follow-ups with members.
• Offer education and resources pertaining to program requirements.
• Work alongside Care Delivery, Customer Support, Provider, and Product teams.
• Execute tasks aimed at enhancing the member experience and resolving outstanding issues.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and work collaboratively with other departments.
• Identify referral needs and collaborate with Maven providers to address them.
• Inform members about local healthcare systems and compile in-person resource lists.
• Serve as a resource for the local APAC region and its healthcare system.
• Anticipate and respond to members’ social determinants of health needs.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Proficiency in English and other languages, both verbal and written.
• Background in allied health, human services, or the healthcare sector.
• 1-2+ years of experience in direct patient care or in digital health environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in remote/startup settings.
• Capacity to adapt to changes and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate empathetically with patients, both in writing and verbally.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Skilled at navigating new technologies and systems while working as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology in English and additional languages is preferred.
• Experience in family planning and maternal-child health sectors, including pregnancy, postpartum, options counseling, menopause, adoption, or surrogacy is preferred.
• Comfort with technology tools such as Google Suite, CRM platforms, EHRs, and Zendesk is preferred.
• Certification or licensure in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
