Internal Wholesaler – Long Term Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue and cultivate relationships with producers to achieve sales targets.

• Actively reach out to agents and recruit new individuals to expand the business portfolio.

• Enhance agent recruitment and retention through innovative sales strategies, marketing initiatives, illustrations, and Crump resources.

• Establish connections with key producers regarding intricate sales concepts, marketing strategies, and product knowledge.

• Sustain and enhance team sales objectives utilizing available sales resources.

• Expand the designated territory through proactive outreach efforts.

• Generate new business by recruiting agents and developing existing agent networks.

• Collaborate with sales resources in the development of producers.

• Engage with lower-producing agents in a sales-driven manner.

• Foster supportive relationships with sales teams, operations, agents, and solution centers.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.

• Organize complex and advanced illustrations while consulting on innovative solutions.

• Utilize the company's client management system to oversee the sales process.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Proficient time management skills.

• Competence in prioritizing and handling multiple tasks concurrently.

• Ability to function both independently and within a team setting.

• Capacity to work autonomously.

• Familiarity with PCs in a Windows environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.

• Skill in analyzing issues and formulating solutions.

• Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.

• Knowledge of the insurance sector, life insurance products, and sales processes.

• Basic understanding of insurance underwriting.

• Minimum of two years of experience in the life insurance industry, including one year in a sales support capacity.

• Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses are preferred.

• Familiarity with sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process is preferred.
