This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Drive revenue by establishing and nurturing relationships with producers to achieve sales targets.
• Actively reach out to agents and recruit new agents to expand the business portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships with producers while promoting agent recruitment and retention through innovative sales strategies, marketing initiatives, illustrations, and Crump resources.
• Foster connections with key producers concerning intricate sales concepts, marketing strategies, and product offerings.
• Sustain and enhance team sales objectives in collaboration with sales resources.
• Generate new business opportunities through agent recruitment and the expansion of existing agent groups.
• Collaborate with sales resources to support producer development.
• Engage with lower-performing agents in a sales capacity.
• Maintain strong relationships with sales, operations, assigned agents, and solution centers.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
• Coordinate sophisticated and advanced illustrations while providing consultation on creative solutions.
• Utilize the company's client management system to oversee the sales process.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Capability to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-directed work style.
• Familiarity with PCs in a Windows environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• Skill in analyzing problems and formulating solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector, including life and related insurance products and sales processes.
• Basic understanding of insurance underwriting.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least one year in a sales support role.
