This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales and cultivate relationships with producers to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.

• Proactively reach out to agents and recruit new ones to expand a portfolio of business.

• Enhance agent recruitment and retention through innovative sales strategies, marketing initiatives, visual aids, and Crump resources.

• Foster relationships with key producers regarding intricate sales concepts, marketing strategies, and product details.

• Sustain and enhance team sales objectives using available sales resources.

• Make proactive outreach to designated agents to expand territory.

• Generate new business by recruiting agents and developing existing agent groups.

• Collaborate with sales resources in producer development efforts.

• Engage with lower-producing agents in a sales capacity.

• Maintain supportive connections with sales, operations, designated agents, and solution centers.

• Acquire expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.

• Coordinate advanced and complex illustrations and consult on creative solutions.

• Utilize the company's client management system to oversee the sales process.

• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Effective time management capabilities.

• Aptitude for prioritizing and completing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Competence to operate in a self-directed manner.

• Familiarity with PCs in a Windows environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.

• Ability to assess problems and formulate solutions.

• Skill in communicating with individuals across all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.

• Exceptional telephone etiquette.

• Maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.

• Understanding of the insurance industry, life insurance products, and sales processes.

• Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting.

• Two years of experience in the life insurance sector.

• One year of experience in a sales support capacity.
