Internal Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of current customers throughout their educational journey to ensure strong engagement and long-term loyalty.

• Execute outbound sales and retention initiatives through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to renew educational packages.

• Foster robust customer relationships, comprehend customer objectives, and suggest suitable learning solutions.

• Negotiate terms, create tailored proposals, and finalize renewals, upsells, and reactivations.

• Keep precise records in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish, both spoken and written — essential.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in EdTech, SaaS, Customer Success, Account Management, B2C Sales, Telemarketing, Retention, or similar consultative sales roles.

• Proficient in CRM tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Skills in handling objections.

• Proficient in closing techniques.

• Experience in a remote international work environment is advantageous.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven setting is a plus.

• Full-time commitment, 45 hours weekly (9 hours daily).

• Availability between 09:00–20:00 Italy time, with flexibility for peak afternoon/evening hours.

• Must possess a personal laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

• Required to complete a test following the interview.
