Internal Recruiter – High-Volume Staffing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various positions across different departments.

• Assess, screen, and engage potential candidates in a dynamic hiring environment.

• Ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout their journey.

• Organize and monitor recruitment activities utilizing an ATS.

• Partner with hiring managers to synchronize goals and enhance hiring processes.

• Play a role in refining the hiring strategy from within.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment.

• Strong grasp of sourcing techniques and rapid hiring processes.

• Exceptional communication, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms and recruitment technology tools.

• Must be available to work in PST or EST time zones.

• Proficiency in English.

• Capability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
