Internal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process across various departments and job categories.

• Efficiently and effectively source, screen, and evaluate candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies.

• Utilize ATS tools and automation to ensure visibility and progression for all roles.

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates to deliver an exceptional experience.

• Monitor and evaluate pipeline health, report on essential metrics, and recommend process enhancements.

• Assist in scaling teams in operations, customer success, administration, and other areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, whether in an agency or in-house setting.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality standards.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—as well as strong interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with contemporary recruiting tools (such as ATS, sourcing platforms, and scheduling software).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with changing priorities.

• Availability to work full-time in Eastern Time, with a preference for Pacific Time overlap.

• Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles (preferred).

• Experience supporting distributed or global teams (preferred).

• Proficiency in English.

• Capability to manage 10+ open roles concurrently.
