📋 Description

• Create clinically accurate prompts and scenarios based on your IM practice, including diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.

• Compose "golden" reference responses that meet attending-level quality standards.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.

• Offer written feedback that the research team can utilize to enhance model performance.

• Engage in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Attending physicians: Must hold board certification and possess a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

• Resident physicians: Must be in their final year of residency (recent graduates should be board-eligible).

• Fellows: Must be board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty and maintain a current active, unrestricted medical license.
