This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Propel customer engagement and enhance sales performance through impactful in-person and virtual interactions within primary care accounts.
• Establish compliant relationships with healthcare providers, advanced practice providers, care team members, and office/clinic staff in designated accounts and health systems.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state messaging to facilitate proper use of Primary Care products and meet customer needs.
• Utilize product, disease, and market expertise to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support suitable care pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, eliminate access obstacles, and promote Primary Care business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, execute, and enhance primary care territory initiatives.
• Reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the designated territory.
• Travel to all accounts and office sites within the territory.
• Overnight stays may be required based on the size of the territory and business demands.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree accompanied by 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing in these fields, or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider roles.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Preferred: 2–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, ideally in Primary Care or broad-based specialty roles.
• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and relevant products.
• Preferred: Robust strategic selling, account marketing, and territory management capabilities.
• Preferred: Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Preferred: Business acumen including strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and prioritization skills.
• Preferred: Ability to engage, influence, and support customers throughout the sales and promotional process.
• Preferred: Experience working within a matrix environment that fosters collaboration, adaptability to change, and efficient resource utilization.
