This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients via phone to assist with selecting diagnostic tests, interpreting laboratory results, and managing medical cases.

• Provide information on IDEXX tests, including their availability, specimen requirements, clinical applications, and interpretation of results.

• Enhance medical expertise and maintain proficiency through independent study, attendance at scientific meetings, internal training, and reviewing literature.

• Write articles for newsletters, updates on laboratory diagnostics or services, and other marketing, sales, or promotional content as needed.

• Attend IDEXX educational and organizational meetings as required.

• Assist veterinary customers in the UK as a member of IDEXX’s Global Medical Consulting team.

• Deliver expert diagnostic support and peer-to-peer education to veterinary professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ECVIM) or the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM).

• Candidates who are board-eligible with the ECVIM or ACVIM and possess substantial clinical experience may also be considered.

• Registration with the RCVS is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning abilities are essential.

• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently is necessary.

• Computer literacy is required.

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.

• Must be able to work at a computer for prolonged periods.

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment is required.

• Capability to work from a home office and travel as needed.
