Internal Consultant – Pre-Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and/or engage in the management aspects of designated projects.

• Evaluate and implement training and quality assurance requirements related to projects.

• Supervise internal consulting initiatives and deliver prompt, precise, and compliant recommendations to management.

• Manage audits and oversee training and implementation processes.

• Develop and maintain processes while strictly adhering to established timelines.

• Create, implement, and sustain educational and training programs to guarantee employee competence and regulatory compliance.

• Facilitate processes and operations for new services or locations, changes to service locations, and the introduction of new technologies or equipment.

• Contribute to research, training, and education that supports projects.

• Identify issues and propose solutions.

• Ensure the integrity of data and quality control.

• Ensure projects stay within budget constraints.

• Carry out other related duties as needed.

• Report any known or suspected unethical or questionable behavior and compliance issues as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 10 years of relevant professional experience; OR 5 years of relevant professional experience combined with a bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and web-based applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

• Willingness to travel between and throughout facilities and work a flexible schedule, including 24/7, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability.

• Ability to remain informed about relevant federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or an advanced degree in finance, accounting, business/health administration.

• Preferred: Relevant professional certification, such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CPC, or CCS.
