This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Implement comprehensive, multi-channel HR communication strategies that align with the defined messaging and objectives.
β’ Oversee the delivery of communications related to benefits, performance management, talent development, employee surveys, community engagement, and various HR initiatives.
β’ Compose and refine employee emails, intranet articles, FAQs, toolkits for leaders, talking points, presentations, and additional communication materials.
β’ Simplify intricate HR information into clear, precise, and actionable messages.
β’ Maintain the consolidated HR editorial calendar, coordinating timelines, reviews, approvals, and project deliverables.
β’ Handle communication requests by clarifying objectives and target audiences, and suggesting appropriate channels.
β’ Utilize targeted emails, SAICGo, manager cascades, and evergreen intranet content to enhance the employee experience.
β’ Upload, format, and publish HR articles on SAICGo, ensuring proper inclusion of images, links, tags, scheduling, accessibility, and final reviews.
β’ Collaborate with channel owners for featured placements and inclusion in digests.
β’ Develop communications for executives and leaders under the guidance of the HR communications lead.
β’ Track communication effectiveness and gather employee feedback, proposing enhancements as needed.
β’ Acquire proficiency in FirstUp and MarketScale for content publication, targeted communication delivery, and campaign performance analysis.
β’ Evaluate email performance metrics and convert data insights into actionable recommendations and validated improvements.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline, accompanied by 10 years of experience; or a Masterβs degree with 8 years of experience.
β’ Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
β’ A minimum of seven years of pertinent communications experience is required.
β’ Strong proficiency in AP Style is essential.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing communication projects from initial planning to publication is necessary.
β’ Proficiency in digital publishing tools and Microsoft Office applications is required.
β’ Experience in HR or change communications is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with digital communications or marketing platforms, as well as experience in reviewing campaign performance; knowledge of FirstUp or MarketScale is preferred.
