This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Assist the Director of Human Resources across various affiliated organizations through a shared-services framework.
β’ Oversee and coordinate activities related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Ensure the fulfillment of pre-employment, new hire, transfer, and separation obligations.
β’ Collaborate with department leaders, payroll, benefits, IT, and other key stakeholders.
β’ Maintain precise and confidential data within the HRIS and personnel files.
β’ Conduct exit interviews and offer trend analysis alongside strategic recommendations.
β’ Administer HR operational procedures and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
β’ Track employee acknowledgments, training completions, certifications, and pending HR action items.
β’ Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries and HR-related questions.
β’ Support employee relations issues, investigations, conflict resolution, documentation, corrective actions, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
β’ Coordinate matters related to leaves, accommodations, jury duty, military leave, workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, and relevant documentation.
β’ Liaise with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, government entities, external vendors, PEOs, and benefits providers.
β’ Assist in open enrollment communications and benefits education initiatives.
β’ Develop and sustain HR dashboards, workforce reports, KPIs, executive reports, and presentations.
β’ Analyze metrics related to headcount, turnover, retention, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and other workforce indicators.
β’ Utilize HRIS platforms, reporting systems, Excel, and vendor technology platforms to enhance operational effectiveness.
β’ Assess and refine HR processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
β’ Promote employee experience, engagement, accountability, culture-building, special projects, and strategic HR initiatives.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, People Operations, HR Generalist roles, or similar positions.
β’ Proficient in managing onboarding, offboarding, compliance administration, employee relations support, and HR operations.
β’ Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
β’ Experience with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other HR-related technologies.
β’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capacity to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities across various organizations in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Experience working within multi-entity, multi-location, or shared-services organizations.
β’ Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO).
β’ Knowledge in managing workers' compensation, unemployment claims, leave administration, and agency-related employment matters.
β’ Competence in developing workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
β’ Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws as well as HR compliance requirements.
β’ HRIC, SHRM, or a comparable HR certification is preferred.
β’ Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
