This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and key internal stakeholders to create an internal communications strategy.
• Design and implement internal communications systems, processes, and methods of operation.
• Develop knowledge management systems to support a complex and diverse global network.
• Organize and maintain a centralized knowledge hub containing network resources, templates, guidance, and pertinent information.
• Conduct training and orientation sessions on knowledge management, including filing, storage, and accessibility.
• Act as the primary contact for internal updates and communication throughout the network.
• Ensure effective communication of initiatives and projects to internal stakeholders.
• Promote the values, culture, and community of the network through established structures and systems.
• Plan, edit, design, and compose leadership announcements, newsletters, and regular email communications.
• Utilize industry best practices, assess effectiveness, and strive for continuous improvement in internal communications.
• Provide line management, coaching, and professional growth opportunities to an Internal Communications Associate.
• Work collaboratively with senior executives, program and operational leaders, and the CEO Office Team.
• Contribute to change management and organizational initiatives that enhance the foundation’s identity and culture.
• Over 5 years of extensive experience leading an internal communication function, with expertise in internal communications strategy, knowledge management, staff engagement, and organizational communications within an international setting.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities, with experience customizing messages for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience managing intricate internal communications projects and advising staff and senior leaders on communication strategies.
• Background in overseeing change management communications within a rapidly growing organization or network.
• Proficient in communication and digital tools such as Slab, MailChimp, Adobe Suite, Google Drive, SharePoint, Asana, Trello, Slack, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a multicultural environment, respecting international norms and values.
• Flexible and adaptable skills essential for thriving in a dynamic and broad remote work setting.
• Outstanding judgment and discretion.
• Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, possessing emotional intelligence to build trust and diplomatically navigate complex relationships across diverse stakeholders and time zones.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear, accurate, and professional materials.

• Experience in brand management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
