This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.
• Plan, initiate, execute, and oversee communications, marketing, and organizational change management efforts that support OIT.
• Create and manage communication strategies, branding, messaging, and outreach for the ACIO, OIT programs, services, initiatives, and associated portals.
• Develop communication plans and materials tailored to specific audiences.
• Produce clear, captivating, and audience-appropriate content for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, briefings, white papers, broadcast messages, announcements, and various other communication products.
• Provide support for OIT projects, programs, initiatives, functional areas, web portals, and approved communication channels.
• Enhance communication products for quality, clarity, consistency, accessibility, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement organizational change management plans to foster awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustained use of IT systems, services, and processes.
• Formulate engagement strategies for technology implementations, process changes, modernization initiatives, and organizational transformation.
• Identify stakeholder groups and their communication needs; craft targeted messaging that explains changes, impacts, expectations, timelines, and resources.
• Assist with training, awareness, readiness, and knowledge-transfer initiatives.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback and adoption issues, recommending engagement activities as necessary.
• Develop and support stakeholder and customer surveys; analyze feedback and suggest improvements.
• Facilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, working sessions, and planning activities.
• Organize complex information and create action-oriented plans, artifacts, and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and provide expertise in communication strategy, planning, processes, and documentation.
• Suggest service enhancements and initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.
• Support performance dashboards along with communication, engagement, and service delivery metrics.
• Track activities, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Prepare weekly status reports and maintain documentation for communications.
• Adhere to project schedules, quality standards, performance metrics, and reporting obligations.
• Provide support to the Office of Information Technology for Wichita Tribal Enterprises, a subsidiary of Quivera Enterprises, contingent upon contract award.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing communications or marketing documentation, reports, manuals, presentations, and related materials for IT programs or projects.
• Experience in crafting and executing communication strategies, plans, messaging, and stakeholder outreach initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical, program, and organizational information to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Capability to create training videos and lead training activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including editing, formatting, proofreading, and correcting documents and presentations.
• Ability to assess and evaluate communication products for quality, clarity, accuracy, consistency, readability, and effectiveness.
• Strong command of English spelling, grammar, composition, and usage.
• Competence in facilitating meetings, coordinating stakeholder input, organizing complex information, and developing actionable deliverables.
• Ability to create presentations, briefings, white papers, broadcast communications, and materials intended for stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while meeting project schedules, quality benchmarks, performance standards, and reporting requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and keep the necessary Government security clearance and/or suitability determination.
• Must comply with all relevant federal contract requirements.
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal government agencies or federal programs.
• Preferred: Experience in federal IT modernization, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience assisting the U.S. Department of the Interior and/or Indian Affairs.
• Preferred: Experience developing communications for enterprise IT services, programs, systems, or technology implementations.
• Preferred: Experience in developing stakeholder surveys, analyzing customer feedback, and supporting performance metrics or dashboards.
• Preferred: Active Government security clearance.
