Internal Communications Analyst – I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and modify content for various platforms

• Publish and refresh content across the organization's communication channels tailored for students and educators

• Engage in projects that utilize generative AI for communication purposes

• Schedule campaign distributions in accordance with established guidelines and timelines

• Ensure adherence to best practices in email marketing and spam avoidance

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest targeted enhancements

• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on requests and specifications

• Promote the standardization of language and brand identity across various channels

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Corporate/Internal Communications, employee marketing (endomarketing), or digital content creation

• Proven experience in planning and executing campaigns while managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong skills in written content creation with the capacity to adjust tone and language for different channels

• Proficient and practical use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) in communication

• Familiarity with digital communication and collaboration tools and platforms

• Ability to monitor communication KPIs and leverage data to propose improvements for initiatives and campaigns

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor's degree
