This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, maintain, and improve systems to guarantee peak performance.

• Analyze system performance, alerts, and notifications, taking necessary actions to avert downtime.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and sustain end-user computing and telecommunications systems.

• Lead change management meetings.

• Create and organize knowledge documentation.

• Provide support for operational projects.

• Assist with the daily functioning of Workiva’s systems and identify strategies to better serve internal customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Network Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on action, results, and ongoing improvement.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage various processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in quickly assessing issues, determining root causes, and facilitating resolution.

• Familiarity with AWS, networks, or servers.

• Minimal travel required.

• Reliable internet access for any remote work outside a Workiva office.
