This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, maturity, and innovation within the Program Management Office.
• Investigate and formulate practical AI applications to boost project delivery, reporting, meeting management, and productivity in project management.
• Evaluate PMO processes and suggest enhancements for governance, portfolio reporting, project execution standards, and stakeholder engagement.
• Aid in creating a structured framework to assess external vendors, partnerships, acquisitions, and innovation opportunities.
• Perform interviews, surveys, and data analyses for a PMO health assessment and organizational improvement initiative.
• Support the design and organization of PMO knowledge management resources, including project templates, SOPs, best practices, training materials, and collaboration spaces in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, process maps, scorecards, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout Labcorp to gather requirements, evaluate opportunities, and facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to projects related to artificial intelligence, innovation and vendor management, organizational effectiveness, and knowledge management.
• Engage with senior leaders and gain insights into enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Project Management, Information Systems / Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or Operations Management.
• Preferred: At least 3 months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Preferred: At least 3 months of experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Preferred: At least 3 months of relevant coursework, academic projects, or experiences related to project management, business transformation, strategy, operations, technology, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Capability to organize information and produce clear, concise documentation.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proven curiosity, initiative, and a continuous learning attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or technology-driven business transformation.
• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors, graduating between December 2027 and June 2029, though all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
• Must be actively enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
