Intern – Marketing and Presentation Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create presentations and training materials focused on careers, job applications, personal development, and leadership.

• Conduct research, develop, write, and edit blog articles and other content.

• Produce posts, graphics, and innovative concepts for the website and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Design additional marketing collateral to highlight consulting and training services.

• Collaborate closely with the consulting team and fellow working students.

• Gain valuable insights into consulting and training services as well as daily consulting operations.

• Contribute your own ideas and take ownership of smaller projects that align with your interests and strengths.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, such as business administration with a focus on marketing, communications or media studies, communication design, graphic design, or a related field.

• A keen interest in marketing and communications.

• A strong design sensibility and a passion for creating presentations, graphics, and other materials.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of developing and refining written content.

• Interest in careers, the professional landscape, and personal growth.

• Strong digital literacy.

• Initial experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with social media or website management is an added benefit.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI effectively for research, writing, and design.

• A reliable and increasingly autonomous working style.
