Intern, Management Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 10-week internship program commencing in June 2027.

• Collaborate with the management consulting teams at EVERSANA to tackle essential strategic challenges within the biopharmaceutical sector.

• Assist in targeted secondary research, which includes desk research and analysis of secondary data.

• Aid in primary research efforts, such as conducting interviews with key opinion leaders and insurance payers.

• Integrate research findings into coherent and effective recommendations for clients.

• Create high-quality client communications and deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.

• Convey information both verbally and in writing in a clear, logical, and concise manner.

• Contribute to enhancing the firm's capabilities and infrastructure.

• Support the cultivation of a high-performance culture.

• Serve as an Associate-level participant in project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time advanced degree program.

• Demonstrated interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical sector.

• Strong enthusiasm and comprehension of the dynamics and challenges within the pharma and biotech industries.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capable of performing essential functions, including standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, and grasping.

• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
