Intern, Management Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Engage with teams at EVERSANA Management Consulting to tackle essential strategic challenges in the biopharmaceutical sector.

• Assist in focused secondary research, encompassing desk research and the analysis of secondary data.

• Aid in primary research efforts, which include conducting interviews with key opinion leaders and insurance payers.

• Integrate research findings into coherent and impactful recommendations for clients.

• Create high-quality communications and deliverables for clients, such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel models.

• Convey information verbally and in writing in a logical, clear, and concise manner.

• Contribute to enhancing the firm's capabilities and infrastructure.

• Foster the development of a high-performance culture.

• Serve as an Associate on project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program.

• Demonstrated interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical sector.

• Strong enthusiasm for and comprehension of the dynamics and challenges within the pharma and biotech industries.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capable of performing essential tasks that involve reaching, grasping, standing and/or sitting for extended periods, walking, talking, and hearing.

• Occasionally able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
