This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the Global Compensation & Benefits team in the planning and execution of People & Culture initiatives.
• Participate in job grading, market benchmarking, reporting, and HR data analysis efforts.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of Compensation & Benefits processes and global standards.
• Contribute to international projects, including Job Architecture and SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and assist with daily team operations.
• Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical abilities along with a structured and detail-oriented work approach.
• Capability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics is a plus.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in an international team setting.
