Intermediate Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, model, and sustain comprehensive BI solutions using Power BI, encompassing data modeling, DAX calculations, report creation, and interactive dashboards.

• Utilize SQL to query, cleanse, and analyze extensive datasets, ensuring the accuracy and dependability of reporting data.

• Convert analytical insights into narratives that link data findings with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Implement data visualization best practices and user-centered design to produce intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports.

• Collaborate with international teams on a global project, employing advanced English communication for alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights within tight deadlines.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities that facilitate informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS/MS in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant quantitative field.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, report creation, and dashboard design.

• High-level expertise in SQL for data querying and preparation.

• Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with statistics and statistical analysis methodologies.

• Exceptional data storytelling capabilities.

• Knowledge of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user-focused dashboards.

• Capacity to transform complex datasets into insightful, visually engaging, and actionable reports.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong teamwork skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
