Interim Transactional Funds Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist a prominent client of Simmons & Simmons with transactional funds issues.

• Manage or aid in deals from the initial stages to finalization.

• Maintain regular communication with the sponsoring Partner and client team.

• Operate independently while also collaborating with the broader team.

• Produce work rapidly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed lawyer with expertise in funds.

• Experience ranging from mid-level to senior-level.

• Proficient transactional execution capabilities.

• Background in managing or supporting deals from inception to completion.

• Commercially oriented with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Ability to work swiftly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Capacity to work independently while also being an integral part of the wider team.

• Must possess the relevant right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Required to undergo the employer's background screening process, which may include a DBS certificate based on the position.
