This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare regular recruiting and onboarding communications, reports, trackers, and updates on status.
• Organize employee training sessions and keep records of attendance or completion.
• Offer general administrative assistance for HR projects and team objectives.
• Input candidate and employee data while ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Create, publish, update, and close job postings on both internal and external career websites and job boards.
• Keep candidate, requisition, and interview details updated in the ATS.
• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and various other recruiting platforms.
• Evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Conduct initial virtual interviews.
• Present qualified candidates and screening summaries to the Recruiting Team.
• Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with reference checks, pre-employment tasks, offer documentation, and other recruitment activities.
• Organize preboarding and onboarding procedures, including documentation, orientation, meetings, training, and logistics for the first day.
• Prepare and distribute welcome materials, onboarding instructions, and employment documentation.
• Monitor onboarding tasks and follow up on any outstanding requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain well-organized records for recruiting and onboarding.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Background in supporting onboarding, new hire orientation, or related pre-employment processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment in assessing candidate qualifications and knowing when to escalate questions or concerns.
• Consistent attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with the Human Resources team and hiring managers.
