Interim CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Step in as a knowledgeable Interim CFO for a confidential private equity-backed software company.

• Deliver hands-on financial and strategic leadership during a vital transition phase.

• Rapidly evaluate priorities and drive execution effectively.

• Collaborate and form partnerships with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.

• Oversee finance functions including operational finance, accounting, forecasting, and cash management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a SaaS/software company.

• Proven background in a private equity-backed setting.

• Experience supporting organizations with revenues ranging from approximately $100M to $500M.

• Strong expertise in operational finance, accounting, forecasting, and cash management.

• Capability to effectively partner with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.

• Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to swiftly assess priorities and drive execution.

• Availability to commence an interim engagement promptly.

• Previous interim or consulting CFO experience is preferred.

• Experience guiding finance organizations through periods of transition, transformation, or growth is preferred.
