Integrations Manager – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Drips' integration function from start to finish, ensuring the technical delivery of client integrations alongside effective people leadership.

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Integration Project Managers and Specialists.

• Recruit, onboard, and foster the career development of team members.

• Establish goals and expectations, and conduct regular one-on-ones and performance evaluations.

• Allocate team resources and manage capacity across various competing client implementations.

• Own the integration strategy and roadmap in alignment with Operations objectives.

• Define and monitor integration KPIs, including cycle time, launch success, UAT defect rates, and post-launch issues.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize tooling and platform enhancements.

• Design and refine standardized, documented integration processes, intake workflows, and prioritization workflows.

• Oversee integrations involving APIs, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, Azure Logic Apps, and billing/data workflows.

• Act as the escalation point for complex, high-risk, or compliance-sensitive integrations.

• Maintain essential documentation such as data mapping specifications, API documentation, and testing/acceptance criteria.

• Validate data mappings, authentication methods, and system configurations for engagements of high complexity.

• Collaborate with Client Success, Production, Engineering, and QA to ensure integrations meet platform standards and client expectations.

• Represent the Integrations team in cross-departmental planning and process discussions.

• Coordinate the resolution of integration-related incidents and risks.

• Report on team performance, project/portfolio status, and risk exposure to the VP of Operations.

• Build and maintain Tableau and DCC dashboards to monitor integration health, throughput, risk, and capacity.

• Develop reporting and tools that provide leadership visibility as the client base and integration volume increase.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in integration project management, technical implementations, or SaaS delivery environments.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct team management experience.

• Demonstrated people leadership capabilities, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development for technical staff.

• Strong technical fluency with APIs, FTP/SFTP integrations, webhooks, authentication methods, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Logic Apps, and associated monitoring/DevOps tools.

• Experience in creating repeatable implementation processes, documentation frameworks, and intake/prioritization workflows.

• Familiarity with SQL and Excel for validating integration outputs and resolving data discrepancies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of leading client-facing technical discussions and conveying technical details to executive audiences.

• Experience with structured tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Hands-on proficiency with APIs, logs, configurations, and data mappings.

• Previous experience in telephony/SMS, TCPA/HIPAA-adjacent, or other regulated-data integration environments is preferred.

• Experience with billing processors or financial transaction systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD deployment environments is desirable.

• Experience in building dashboards or reporting frameworks for operational visibility is preferred.

• Prior experience managing managers or team leads is preferred.
