This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage inbound integration requests from qualification to launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist partners with NDA processes, sandbox access, API documentation, onboarding, testing, and launch procedures.
• Act as the technical and commercial intermediary between integration partners and Ashby’s cross-functional teams.
• Convert partner and customer requirements into actionable steps, trade-offs, and next steps.
• Determine the appropriate approach, whether it be a native build, partner-built integration, connector, unified API, or roadmap opportunity.
• Guide partners through authentication, endpoints, webhooks, data mapping, and workflow design.
• Lead the sharing of integration knowledge with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Organize integration reviews and launch readiness, ensuring validation, security, configuration, documentation, assets, and Marketplace publication are addressed.
• Manage the external integration directory and resources available to partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing on launch communications and enablement initiatives.
• Oversee larger integration relationships and address enterprise partnership requirements.
• Represent Ashby in external discovery sessions, technical scoping, roadmap discussions, launches, and feedback loops.
• Enhance current integrations and coordinate updates with project managers and internal teams.
• Keep HubSpot and partnership systems updated with partner context, status, ownership, timelines, and demand.
• Refine swim lanes, handoffs, SLAs, documentation, reporting, and support paths.
• Automate repetitive, low-variance tasks while maintaining human judgment.
• Collaborate with the knowledge base team to ensure integration documentation is current.
• Report directly to the Partnerships lead.
• Experience at the intersection of partnerships, product, technology, and customers—specifically in integration or platform partnerships, technical program management, product management, solutions architecture, implementation, or a similar field.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, authentication, data flows, webhooks, sandboxes, and integration trade-offs.
• Strong product and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and writing capabilities.
• Ability to build trust with partners, establish expectations, provide direct guidance, and create clear requirements, decisions, and documentation.
• Strong operational discipline and capacity to manage a high-volume workstream.
• Aptitude for creating structure in ambiguous situations, automating repetitive tasks, and following through across teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel occasionally for partner and team engagements.
• Comfort with technical details, prioritization decisions, direct discussions, writing, asynchronous communication, proactive follow-up, and leading meetings.
• Familiarity with discussing APIs, authentication, webhooks, data flows, and data mapping.
