Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for Boomi integration flows, which includes the upkeep, monitoring, and enhancement of active connections.

• Develop and execute new integrations across various systems such as ticketing, marketing, and ERP.

• Create and sustain logging, alerting, and monitoring systems to ensure integration health.

• Partner with internal developers, IT collaborators, and system vendors on architectural decisions across different platforms.

• Keep integration documentation, version control, and change management updated.

• Participate in determining the future of middleware and integration tools.

• Report directly to the Head of IT Development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Group IT, Product, and Operations to provide dependable internal systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical integration experience within complex internal system environments.

• Extensive working knowledge of Boomi and various integration patterns (ETL, pub/sub, middleware orchestration).

• Skilled in APIs, JSON/XML, and standard data transformation methods.

• Strong comprehension of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM systems.

• Capable of debugging and troubleshooting across data flows, middleware layers, and endpoint systems.

• Experience in a cross-functional, distributed technology environment.

• Outstanding communication and documentation abilities, particularly when liaising between IT and business teams.

• Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure environments is a plus.

• Understanding of marketing and ticketing platform integrations, such as AudienceView and Elektra, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
