This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main CDI contact for designated client integration implementations
• Oversee implementations from the initiation phase through to go-live and client approval
• Facilitate implementation activities among clients, Fragomen legal teams, Integration Execution, and other relevant parties
• Collect, clarify, and document data mapping, workflows, and operational requirements
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, client responsibilities, dependencies, decisions, risks, and outstanding actions
• Ensure that requirements and necessary client decisions are finalized and documented before transitioning to Integration Execution
• Coordinate handoffs with Integration Execution throughout configuration, testing, and deployment phases
• Address client, legal, or requirements inquiries during technical execution
• Organize UAT, including participants, business scenarios, timelines, issue tracking, retesting, and client acceptance
• Facilitate client readiness, go-live communications, and transition to ongoing support
• Oversee client-facing requirements, testing, and acceptance for approved integration changes and enhancements
• Identify requests that fall outside the scope and elevate them through the necessary review process
• Maintain implementation documentation and provide updates on project status and risk communications
• Contribute to enhancements in implementation materials, handoffs, UAT practices, and CDI delivery processes
• Continuously enhance knowledge in API integration, data exchange, and emerging integration technologies
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing or supporting client-facing technology implementations, systems integrations, HR technology implementations, or similar roles
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting implementation requirements
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects or implementation deliverables
• Skilled in coordinating work among clients, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams
• Experience in supporting UAT, business validation, or go-live activities
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Capability to manage competing priorities and independently advance assigned tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Familiarity with HR technology, data integrations, global mobility, immigration, relocation, or professional services
• General knowledge of API and/or scheduled flat-file integrations
• Basic understanding of data mappings, system interfaces, data exchange, and integration testing
• Experience collaborating with client technology teams or third-party vendors
• Proficiency in using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar work management tools
• Strong client-facing communication skills and professionalism
• Effective listening and questioning abilities
• Capability to translate discussions into clear requirements, decisions, and action items
• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through
• Sound judgment and willingness to escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborative working style across both business and technical teams
• Successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process
