Integration Services Development Manager

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision for the team, guided by senior technical personnel.

• Assume accountability for the complete delivery of both strategic and tactical initiatives.

• Achieve specified business outcomes while coordinating technology and change management teams.

• Ensure that project results meet customer objectives within a thoroughly evaluated total cost of ownership.

• Protect and enhance the bank's reputation through effective stakeholder engagement.

• Ensure alignment with software development principles throughout the bank.

• Implement architectural and functional enhancements for both technology and business operations.

• Propel and contribute to the roadmap for technology strategy.

• Comprehend and integrate requirements from programs that involve the project team.

• Shape delivery schedules and synchronize efforts across multiple projects and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

• Familiarity with essential phases of software delivery lifecycles.

• Understanding of established software development methodologies.

• Comprehensive experience in integration services and product development management, particularly with Apigee, Apigee Hybrid, and X.

• Proficient in presenting as a subject matter expert to large audiences.

• Capability to quickly grasp complex processes and adapt communications for varied audiences and stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance and third-party risk management governance.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• Experience in working within Scrum and SAFe Agile frameworks.

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Proven track record of delivering projects with geographically distributed teams.
