Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Set up and oversee the integration environment

• Evaluate client requirements and offer API integration consultancy

• Diagnose, monitor, and assess system performance

• Mitigate potential issues, ensure reliability, and enhance performance

• Relay vendor requirements to the development team

• Collaborate closely with clients and the development team to convert business needs into technical solutions

• Facilitate smooth data exchange and optimize system performance

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of network technologies, concepts, and the workings of the modern Internet

• Solid grasp of API communication

• Familiarity with logging and error monitoring systems

• Proficient in reading log files or error traces

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist is a plus

• Relevant educational background is a plus
