Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily data synchronization status within the CRM user interface.

• Reimport data as necessary to address synchronization challenges.

• Establish new client integrations and configure their accounts in the CRM interface.

• Conduct tests on integrations prior to their production release utilizing Postman and the CRM interface.

• Validate incoming events and data mappings.

• Follow up with clients to gather any missing technical information.

• Provide assistance with testing following integration updates or platform releases.

• Optionally support clients through the API integration process by utilizing integration documentation.

• Investigate and resolve basic integration issues before referring them to the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of APIs and web integrations.

• Enjoyment in working with data and troubleshooting technical problems.

• Eagerness to expand experience within a SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in testing APIs using Postman or curl.

• Capability to interpret JSON payloads.

• Experience in reading server/access logs.

• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, as indicated by the bonus language requirement.

• Additional languages apart from English and Ukrainian are advantageous.
