Integration Lead Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop interfaces for HL7, FHIR, EDI, XML, and API on InterSystems HealthShare/IRIS and OpenShift.

• Manage interface control documents along with integration test plans and their outcomes.

• Create bi-directional interfaces linking legacy systems with modern financial and asset management systems.

• Establish integration standards, conduct code reviews, and oversee CI/CD processes for the integration team.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to integration engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in interface development.

• More than 5 years of experience with InterSystems (HealthShare, IRIS, ObjectScript) at a Senior / Level III capacity.

• Proficiency in HL7 v2, FHIR, EDI, and REST API integration.

• Demonstrated experience in drafting interface control documents and integration test plans.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Ability to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.

• Capability to achieve a VA PIV credential.

• Certification as an InterSystems HealthShare Health Connect HL7 Interface Specialist.

• Certification as an InterSystems IRIS Core Solutions Developer Specialist.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.

• Certification in Red Hat Cloud-Native Applications is advantageous.
