This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, test, deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and support client integrations utilizing Fragomen’s established integration capabilities.
• Convert documented implementation requirements into accurately configured integrations.
• Execute end-to-end technical implementation of flat-file integrations, encompassing scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support.
• Create, test, deploy, and maintain PowerShell or similar scripts for the automated processing of files and folders, as well as secure transfers.
• Set up and support scheduled flat-file processes using automation, scheduling, and file-transfer tools.
• Implement secure SFTP and PGP/GPG file-transfer methods, which include encryption keys, service accounts, credentials, access permissions, and delivery locations.
• Develop operational controls for reconciliation, validation, duplicate prevention, exception handling, retries, restarts, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Configure and support established API capabilities; validate connectivity, authentication, mappings, payloads, responses, and error handling.
• Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, connectivity/authentication issues, configuration problems, and production incidents.
• Utilize technical tools, logs, and data to identify root causes and address or escalate issues.
• Configure and test authorized changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Integration Solutions for client, business, or requirement clarifications.
• Support go-live activities, stabilization, and transition to production support.
• Escalate matters related to API development, architectural decisions, product defects, security concerns, and issues that are out-of-scope.
• Maintain technical documentation, scripts, testing evidence, deployment procedures, troubleshooting guidance, and production runbooks.
• Contribute to technical standards, reusable scripts, knowledge resources, and improvements in CDI execution.
• Engage in cross-training across CDI integration technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting systems integrations, data integrations, or equivalent technical solutions in production settings.
• Practical experience in executing the full technical implementation and support of automated flat-file integrations.
• Proven experience in the complete technical implementation of flat-file integrations, including development, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Hands-on experience in developing, testing, deploying, and supporting PowerShell or similar scripts within a production environment.
• Familiarity with automating SFTP file transfers, including processing multiple folders and embedded files while maintaining required directory structures.
• Experience in implementing PGP/GPG encryption or decryption within automated file-transfer processes.
• Proven ability to build reliable unattended processes with validation, reconciliation, duplicate prevention, exception handling, logging, retries, restart capability, monitoring, and operational alerting.
• Experience in diagnosing data, configuration, authentication, connectivity, file-processing, and other integration issues using technical tools and logs.
• Capability to interpret approved technical requirements and accurately apply them during implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in maintaining technical configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production-support documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple technical assignments and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Required technical knowledge of SFTP, automated secure file-transfer processing, PowerShell or similar scripting tools, folder/file-system/directory-structure automation, PGP/GPG, secure credential/service-account/encryption-key handling, scheduled and unattended job execution, structured file formats, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, duplicate prevention, exception handling, logging, retry, restart, monitoring, and alerting controls.
• API skills are preferred but not mandatory: REST APIs, HTTP request/response processing, JSON, Postman or similar tools, API authentication, and API troubleshooting.
• Additional preferred skills include SQL, database querying, Splunk or similar logging tools, Windows server environments, job-scheduling tools, technical data analysis, and root-cause investigation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capacity to systematically work through technical issues and identify root causes.
• Ability to convey technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Good judgment regarding issue resolution and escalation.
• Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and a collaborative working style.
