Integration Engineer – Boomi Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain critical integrations for Quote-to-Cash infrastructure.

• Develop integrations for Salesforce, NetSuite, payment systems, billing, and internal APIs.

• Facilitate design sessions for Order Management, Billing, CRM, and Quote-to-Cash.

• Transition SOAP APIs to REST APIs utilizing intricate saved searches and multi-table joins.

• Execute OAuth 2.0 upgrades and implement security best practices.

• Construct error handling and retry mechanisms to ensure data consistency.

• Oversee production monitoring through Grafana and address alerts as they arise.

• Diagnose execution logs, API responses, and data transformations.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Document integrations in Confluence, including mappings and acceptance criteria.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance development, documentation, and troubleshooting processes.

• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders on mission-critical integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Boomi in building production integrations.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite, covering Account/Contact synchronization, Orders, Sales/Invoices, RMA, OAuth 2.0, SuiteQL, Saved Searches, and REST/SOAP.

• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, webhooks, pub/sub, batch processing, and real-time listeners.

• Experience with idempotency, retry logic, and managing error queues.

• Background in troubleshooting logs, API debugging, and transformation issues.

• Professional certification in Boomi or a similar integration platform is highly desired.

• Experience with AI tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, Rovo Dev, or ChatGPT is preferred.

• Background in ERP systems, payment platforms, AWS, Grafana or other monitoring tools, SOAP-to-REST migrations, Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash processes, Jira, and agile methodologies is advantageous.

• Experience with UAT and effective stakeholder communication is preferred.

• Work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
