Integration Consultant, Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical implementation and support for the Philips IntelliSpace Electrocardiograph (IECG) system.

• Implement and provide support for the Health Language 7 (HL7) and/or Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine (DICOM) interface broker, known as IntelliSpace Enterprise Broker (IBE).

• Take on technical leadership for designated projects and share expertise with customers and team members.

• Offer feedback and assist in optimizing implementation methodologies, documentation, and toolsets.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to disseminate product technical knowledge and expertise.

• Complete assigned project tasks promptly to achieve customer acceptance.

• Collect network information necessary for configuring IECG and IBE systems.

• Configure and test installed IECG and IBE systems to fulfill customer specifications.

• Implement interfaces between IECG and clients’ Radiology Information System (RIS) or Health Information System (HIS).

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues during installation until they are handed over to support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support/HL7 interfacing.

• At least 5 years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS system.

• Proficiency with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML, and Virtual Machine (VM) server environments.

• Familiarity with networking infrastructure and server architecture is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.

• Capability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
