Integration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist regional teams and clients while overseeing a small individual customer portfolio.

• Provide technical expertise and tailored software engineering solutions for automated partner workflows through API integrations.

• Aid current clients and onboard new ones, aiming for successful onboarding within a month.

• Monitor the health of integrations and highlight concerning metrics.

• Enhance customer integration health and growth, and accelerate the launch process for new clients.

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships to boost integration health and growth.

• Grasp customer structures, stakeholders, business models, and requirements.

• Offer technical guidance throughout the integration process.

• Work alongside account team members to communicate progress and apply customer growth strategies.

• Regularly evaluate integration performance and suggest enhancements.

• Promptly and professionally investigate and resolve customer issues.

• Gain insights into Cint’s and clients’ industries.

• Operate independently from home while supporting APAC time zones.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, sales, customer technology teams, and internal technology and product teams.

• Convey customer feedback and feature requests to internal technology and product teams.

• Technical expertise related to APIs, API implementation, and platform-to-platform integrations.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data daily.

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.

• Capacity to establish and nurture relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams and levels.

• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, competing priorities, progress, and risks, while driving issues to resolution.

• Ability to learn and apply new technologies and APIs using technical documentation.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Strong communication abilities and adaptability as a team player.

• Capability to clarify complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel V-lookups, pivot tables with filters/formulas, and de-duplication checks.

• Detail-oriented communication and analysis skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Confident in spoken and written English.

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, market research, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is a bonus/preferred qualification.

• Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language.

• Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce, Grafana, or similar systems is advantageous.

• Experience with AI.

• Understanding of modern software development methodologies, application architecture, and API infrastructure.
