Franchise Fitness Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality workouts and member experiences throughout the network.

• Provide coaching to franchisees, head coaches, and studio leaders on fitness practices that enhance retention, utilization, and operational excellence, including optimal scheduling.

• Enhance coaching quality directly linked to business results through workshops, training sessions, and consultations.

• Oversee OTFit certifications, facilitate OTFit Facilitator programs, and manage continuing education initiatives.

• Assist studios in implementing national fitness programs and system-wide initiatives.

• Evaluate KPIs that connect coaching quality with studio performance metrics, including new member recruitment and retention rates.

• Work collaboratively with Learning & Development and Fitness teams to identify and address performance gaps, opportunities, and operational requirements for franchisees.

• Monitor studio compliance with network certification and brand experience standards.

• Provide support to approximately 100–150 studios and 25–50 franchisees.

• Collaborate closely with a Franchise Business Consultant and take responsibility for complete territory management when necessary.

• Travel up to 65% within the territory to visit franchise studios, conduct training sessions, and promote fitness initiatives.

• Operate from a remote home office when not traveling.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an Orangetheory Fitness studio.

• Possession of a nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE GFI, NASM PT, ACSM PT, NSCA, NCSF).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a fitness support function.

• Relevant fields of study include Sports Management, Health & Wellness, or a related area.

• Experience in multi-unit leadership is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen are preferred.

• Experience working with corporate Learning & Development or Fitness teams is preferred.
