Integration Architect, Corepoint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned Professional Services projects as outlined in a Scope of Work or written proposal.

• Implement business software solutions and deliver workflow consulting services.

• Formulate integration strategies, architecture, and design plans.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership on projects.

• Develop, test, and deploy application integrations.

• Act as a technical resource for support, sales, marketing, training, and product management teams.

• Engage in product QA testing and provide feedback during cycles.

• Take part in initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of Professional Services.

• Assist in the development of curriculum for education programs, contribute to content creation, training delivery, and certification assessments.

• Serve as a liaison between the sales accounts team and product end-users, communicating opportunities, risks, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Integrate AI into systematic workflows for reporting, analysis, and planning.

• Create reusable prompts, templates, and simple automations that combine AI with internal data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in an IT or Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience of 5-10+ years.

• Willingness to adopt AI tools and continuously seek methods to enhance productivity while upholding quality, security, and ethical standards.
