This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and execute both internal and external (client-facing) integration solutions.

• Oversee project activities and carry out integration tasks within the defined scope and timeline.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to assess needs and create thorough solutions.

• Support project requirements, scope definitions, implementation strategies, and schedules.

• Spearhead integration initiatives for both internal and client-facing projects through cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts, departments, and clients to align on business goals and project specifications.

• Serve as the intermediary between business units and functional/technical teams.

• Ensure the maintenance of effective and well-documented project resources.

• Conduct regular internal and external project meetings and provide status updates.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and evolving priorities.

• Develop and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in the creation and execution of user training programs.

• Address urgent support needs from branches promptly.

• Assess business processes and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to DNOW policies, governmental regulations, quality and safety standards, personnel policies, and HSE employment practices.

• Represent DNOW with integrity and undertake additional duties as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a comparable level of experience.

• Familiarity with company deliverables and offerings.

• Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving abilities with a focus on solutions.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Capability to build trust both internally and within the client organization while meeting communicated expectations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels (both internal and external) and the ability to collaborate closely with various tiers of the organization.

• Proven ability to achieve results, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, Smartsheet, and Outlook.

• Previous experience with SAP (preferred) or an understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.

• Experience in project management (preferred).

• Prior knowledge of EDI interfaces and their benefits (preferred).

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.

• High standards of ethical compliance.

• Willingness to travel (minimum of 25%).
