This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Enhance the integrated planning process by mapping, documenting, and sustaining demand and supply planning workflows.
• Discover opportunities to simplify, standardize, and boost global adoption.
• Collaborate with regional teams to convert business requirements into standardized processes, decision points, and operational rhythms.
• Assist in improving forecast accuracy, stability of supply plans, inventory health, and service performance.
• Leverage data and input from planners to pinpoint process gaps, root causes, and areas for enhancement.
• Act as a subject matter expert in business processes for demand, supply, and inventory planning workflows utilizing o9 and associated tools.
• Define process requirements, validate improvements, support testing, and facilitate the adoption of technological advancements.
• Convert process requirements into system logic, reporting needs, user stories, and training elements.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, RACI charts, process maps, and planning calendars.
• Develop training materials and lead capability-building sessions.
• Aid in integrated planning governance by preparing materials, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and aligning planning assumptions, constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
• Conduct cross-functional workshops to align regional needs with global standards.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and business improvement projects.
• A strategic thinker with a global perspective and strong cross-cultural adaptability.
• Demonstrated capability to establish vision, define priorities, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Background in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, supply chain operations, or planning transformation.
• Proficient in influencing senior leaders and establishing credibility across all organizational levels.
• Capable of operating at both detailed execution and leadership-summary levels.
• Skilled in simplifying intricate topics into clear decisions and actionable next steps.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications are desirable.
