This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for IGK.
• Enhance brand visibility, cultural significance, professional credibility, community involvement, and retail influence.
• Oversee influencer and creator marketing initiatives, including partnerships, campaigns, content creation, negotiations, amplification, and performance analytics.
• Propel integrated initiatives across seeding and gifting, retail and trade marketing, professional and stylist partnerships, experiential, editorial and cultural events, and community engagement.
• Integrate Brand Marketing, PR, Creative, Sales, Education, Retail, Media, and external collaborators.
• Cultivate IGK’s professional influence and stylist network via celebrity stylists, editorial artists, industry professionals, educational programs, seeding, events, and advocacy initiatives.
• Design marketing programs tailored to retailers, aligned with retail goals and commercial ambitions.
• Recognize consumer, cultural, creator, and category trends, translating insights into partnerships, activations, and brand prospects.
• Link brand narratives with product discovery and retail conversions across consumer, professional, and commercial channels.
• Establish scalable best practices, measurement systems, and iterative learning processes.
• Act as a strategic cross-functional collaborator to ensure cohesive execution and consistency.
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives.
• Provide backup support during absences or high workload periods.
• Execute administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
• Support initiatives that promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• Work alongside the Influencer Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.
• Report directly to the Director, Trade Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in influencer and/or integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated success in influencer and/or integrated marketing.
• Established influencer connections and relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
• Capability to generate ideas and execute them effectively.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Proficient in Tribe, CreatorIQ, and similar platforms.
• Familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside on the East Coast; candidates who can work during EST hours are preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a designated workspace without significant distractions.
• Willingness to travel frequently, which may include extended periods of driving or being in a vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Capacity to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended durations.
• Capability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, such as typing and using a mouse.
• Ability to carry and transport promotional or sales materials.
