This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver administrative customer service support to claimants, providers, and claims management teams.
• Receive and input new ancillary healthcare referrals efficiently.
• Engage in inbound and outbound telephonic and written customer service interactions.
• Provide customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Conduct precise data entry and thorough reviews.
• Acquire knowledge and operate corporate proprietary systems effectively.
• Input electronic emails, faxes, and data-feed orders into the coordination system.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to all case stakeholders.
• Transcribe correspondence and reports from dictation accurately.
• Utilize problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to prevent delays in appointment scheduling.
• Achieve departmental production and quality performance standards.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School diploma is required.
• Previous experience in a detail-oriented customer service role is necessary.
• Candidates must reside and work within the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST is essential.
• A wired connection to a broadband modem with a minimum bandwidth of 3 Mbps is required.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and technical aptitude.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and proprietary systems proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Professional and courteous demeanor for handling complex telephonic conversations.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
