This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.
• Accurately and efficiently collect and document case details.
• Assess potential cases to determine their suitability and viability.
• Ensure that every caller feels acknowledged, supported, and confident about the next steps.
• Assist prospective clients with the sign-up process.
• Develop rapport and convert qualified leads into signed clients.
• Apply persuasive communication and consultative sales methods.
• Achieve or surpass monthly performance and conversion targets.
• Work collaboratively with the intake management team on case evaluation decisions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure prompt follow-up and maintain consistent communication.
• Input and maintain precise data in the firm’s case management system.
• Upload and organize client documents and information.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to balance empathy with persuasive sales techniques.
• Comfortable working in a performance-oriented, goal-driven environment.
• Ability to multitask while typing at a speed of 40+ WPM.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as necessary.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Preferred: Experience in legal intake or personal injury.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and utilize hands and fingers for computer and office equipment, including repetitive motions.
• Close vision for reading and data analysis tasks.
• Capability to stand and walk occasionally.
• Ability to perform light lifting of up to 10-25 pounds.
• Clear speaking and hearing capabilities for effective communication.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. will be verified through E-Verify following acceptance of a job offer and completion of Form I-9.
