This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the intake process for new families and clients, ensuring precise information is gathered and recorded from the first point of contact.
• Assist new clients in navigating onboarding requirements while clearly explaining subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with the clinical/operations team to facilitate a seamless handover post-intake.
• Keep accurate and current intake records within internal systems.
• Proactively follow up to maintain engagement with new clients throughout the process.
• Aid in comprehensive recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Advertise and manage job postings on appropriate platforms.
• Conduct preliminary screening calls with candidates and coordinate the scheduling of interviews.
• Update and manage the candidate pipeline with prompt communication to applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and positively represent the company.
• Market the company as an employer of choice and present job roles attractively to candidates.
• Communicate professionally with families, therapists, and candidates via phone, email, and other methods.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships across all points of interaction.
• Provide exceptional service during every engagement.
• Collaborate with relevant managers to ensure smooth daily operations across both areas.
• Prior experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or recruitment is essential.
• A degree in Psychology or a related discipline is a plus.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A confident and outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills—someone who excels in relationship-building.
• Goal-oriented and driven, with a natural, sales-focused approach to engaging clients and candidates.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities across two functions without losing focus.
• Proactive with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks independently.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 South African time, with potential changes based on US daylight saving time and operational needs.
• A fixed fiber connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps, supporting wired Ethernet, is required.
• A dependable power backup solution is necessary.
• Availability to work on South African and US public holidays.
• Fully remote working position.
• Compensation for South African public holidays in accordance with the BCEA.
