Intake Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Respond swiftly to new inquiries received outside of regular hours.

• Engage with parents who are seeking ABA services for their children.

• Serve as a compassionate, patient, and reassuring initial point of contact.

• Collect and accurately document essential intake information.

• Clearly and professionally explain the intake process.

• Consistently follow up with prospective families.

• Assist in advancing suitable inquiries through the intake process.

• Maintain precise records and update the relevant systems accordingly.

• Collaborate with the daytime intake team to ensure a seamless transition.

• Balance responsiveness and progress while being sensitive to each family's unique circumstances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses strong customer-facing, client service, or intake experience.

• Communicates clearly and confidently in English.

• Has a clear, neutral accent and is comfortable conversing with American clients.

• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and emotional maturity.

• Capable of handling sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.

• Organized, reliable, and consistent in follow-ups.

• Able to build trust without rushing or pressuring families.

• Comfortable working independently during after-hours shifts.

• Can commit to a flexible 40-hour schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

• Independent contractor terms, hours, pay, and contract conditions apply.

• Must complete an application form, upload a CV, and participate in a one-way video interview.

• Must be available for a call with a recruitment specialist and a potential client interview.
